To provide the chatbot and analyzer, process payments, communicate with you about your account, monitor service quality, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers under PDPL-compliant agreements, with legal authorities where required by law, or with successor entities in a corporate transaction.
AI training
Your queries and documents are never used to train or fine-tune AI models.
Storage
KSA-compliant infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit.
Your PDPL rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection, portability. Use account settings or contact our DPO to exercise.
Retention
Active accounts retain all data while subscribed. Cancelled accounts enter a 30-day read-only export window. Billing records retained for 6 years per ZATCA.
Your PDPL Rights
At any time you can request a copy of your data by contacting our support team via the Contact page, or request irreversible hard-deletion of your account from Account Settings › Privacy & Data.
